Who we are

MarketingLabs.ca is operated by Mike (sole proprietor), based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We build AI-powered marketing tools and provide consulting services for Canadian businesses. Questions about this policy: hello@marketinglabs.ca

What we collect

We only collect information you provide directly:

• → Name and email address (contact form)
• → Business name or project description (optional, contact form)
• → Copy or content you paste into our free tools for analysis
• → Basic analytics data (pages visited, general location) via privacy-respecting analytics

We do not collect payment information. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other sites.

How we use it

• → To respond to your inquiry
• → To provide the tool or service you requested
• → To improve our tools and understand how they're used

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

CASL compliance

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you commercial electronic messages if you have given us express or implied consent to do so. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site:

• → Resend — email delivery for contact form submissions
• → Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• → Anthropic — AI processing for free tools (content is not stored or used for training)

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Content you submit to our tools is processed in real time and not stored beyond the session.
